WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Sendle is used to deliver tracked orders, and Australia Post for regular letter postage options.

WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING + HANDLING COST INVOLVE?

Good question! Other than getting your order to you, handling includes the precious time taken to pack your order and get it to the postie :) 

 

USEFUL INFORMATION ON TRACKED ORDERS

You'll receive an email alert when your order is on it's way to you, and another email when your order is out for delivery with an estimated time and date. So handy!

 

Please note - all tracked orders are delivered with your authority to leave your parcel somewhere safe on your premises.

HOW LONG WILL MY TRACKED ORDER/REGULAR POSTAGE ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Tracked

This depends on the shipping destination. Deliveries are shipped from Melbourne and for most metropolitan deliveries, it takes 3-5 days. All orders are despatched within 2-3 business days from purchasing.

Regular letter

3-5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that if you choose regular letter postage, this is not tracked and we cannot accept any responsibility for missing parcels once they are handed over to Australia Post. If you're concerned or have purchased a bigger order, tracked postage is recommended for your peace of mind.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING?

Sure do! All orders over $50 get tracked shipping on the house, yay!

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Not at the moment but working on it! If you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase, please email hello@themailminx.com and we'll see how we can make it work.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS, OR GET A REFUND?

Please choose carefully as returns or exchanges for change of mind, or store credit, are not provided.

WHAT IF MY CARDS ARE FAULTY?

All cards are checked before packing into protective sleeves. If you believe your product is faulty, please email within 2-3 business days. Orders must be returned in with all original packaging - box, tissue wrap and protective sleeves. All cards and tags must be clean, unmarked, unused, and will be examined before an outcome is decided.
